At one point in my life I experienced extreme pain from an ovarian cyst (that was twisted and bleeding, I later found out).  After about a week of this intense pain, I had emergency surgery to remove it.  Recovery, of course, took several weeks.

Several months later I felt a similar kind of pain beginning.  It also became quite intense at which point I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Dewit.  I remember being in so much pain that I could not sit in the waiting room.  Dr. Dewit treated me for approximately an hour (although my appt was definitely not scheduled for that long).

I left the office with various drops and salts and instructions to take them every half hour, hour and then several times a day. It was late afternoon and I was still in pain, but feeling somewhat better.  As the evening progressed, I improved.  By the next morning I was back at my job - absolutely amazed at my speedy recovery!
